They are not too complicated and too elaborate, and they come with different styles and designs. Certainly, there are a lot of varieties of contemporary chandeliers that one can choose from, the contemporary chandelier that will fit your home. Contemporary ...

Celebrity Tattoos: Brad Pitt

Since it is Wednesday it’s time for my weekly installment of Celebrity Tattoos. This week I decided to go with Brad Pitt, mainly because so many women and men think he is the sexiest man alive and that a lot of people are not ware that Brad actually has tattoos. To be honest you will probably be shocked to how many Brad has. The first tattoo of Brad’s I’m going to start with is the one on his back. There has been a lot of speculation to what it was. But I’m here to tell you it’s not a map of New Orleans. It is just a bunch of scribbles that Angelina drew on his back one night when they we...
Tattoo Charity

When you think of charities you probably don’t even think about tattoos in the same sentence. Well I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to find out that this one tattoo parlor in Phoenix was holding a A 15-hour long fundraiser for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. A 30 minute session with one of the tattoo artists from Living Canvas Tattoos cost only $15! You honesty can not beat that price when an average 30 minute session would probably start at around $60 and up depending on the tattoo artist. This charity event was a birthday celebration for the tattoo studio. They were celebrating 15 yea...

Seti I - A Mystery I recently took two Russian visitors to one of the most amazing and fascinating, but nonetheless little-known, museums in London. The collections in architect and Royal Academician Sir John Soane’s Museum in Lincoln's Inn Fields are housed in what was Soane’s own house, but also an elegant setting for his many antiquities and works of art to which he allowed access to amateurs and students of architecture, painting and sculpture. There is no space in this article to list the many antiquities and items that Soane collected in his lifetime (he died in 1837) because ...
Hey Ma...

This short story was brought to by: www.thefrap.com ANONYMOUS HEY MA. June 5th 1944 I’m writing to you the night before a mission that is unknown to me or any of the other guys in my company. We are all in good spirits and we are ready to take the enemy down at any cost. Being an American is the most important thing to us all, but we really wonder if what we are doing is right. There is a lot of death on both sides and I wonder sometimes if we even know what we are doing. It reminds me of a group kids running in the street, pushing, kicking, laughing and then someone trips and ...
Authors with tattoos

Authors just don’t spring to mind as the most likely people have to tattoos. But authors are showing their tattoos in publicity shots, they are arriving at award ceremonies with tattoos clearly visible, and they are loud and proud about the words and images that adorn their bodies. Get that stereotyped picture of tattooed sailors and truck drivers out of your head. Tattoos are mainstream and have been for several decades now, plus the literary world actually has a long tradition of wearing tattoos and also writing about them. Herman Melville wrote with humour about South Pacific tatt...
